Water on Empty Stomach keeps you Healthy and Miles away from ...

Water has always been considered the ultimate heath drink by medical experts across the globe. Its benefits have been advertised through health articles and many other ways. Being a hypochondriac (that?s what I like to be referred to as) I have been an ardent H2O fan. A belief that it will give clear skin, keep my system clean and deter extra fat has always encouraged me to maintain the ritual of including 8 glasses of water a day.

Interestingly, I went through this article a few months back and found it really interesting. It promotes the benefits of water, especially ones that comes with drinking water on empty stomach. Although I never tried this routine before, the curiosity encouraged me to know more about the benefits.

Being a fitness freak, I want to share some of excerpts from the article.

In Japan people maintain a ritual of drinking water immediately after waking up every morning. Why? Well, before getting into the nitty-gritty of the technique, I would like to share with you a fact:
?In 2007, Japanese women were the world?s longest-living people for the 22nd year in a row with a life expectancy of 85.83 years.? In another report, it has been stated that Japanese men were the healthiest.

Coming back to the water ritual followed by the Japanese, many scientific tests have proven its value. For most of the old and serious diseases including modern illnesses, this water treatment had been found successful. This was concluded by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for many diseases including:

? Heart ailments

? Headache

? Body ache

? Fast heart beat

? Arthritis

? Meningitis

? Epilepsy

? Obesity

? Bronchitis asthma

? Gastritis

? Tuberculosis

? Kidney and urine diseases

? Vomiting

? Diarrhoea

? Piles

? Constipation

? Ear nose and throat diseases

? Diabetes

? Eye diseases

? Cancer

? Menstrual disorders

So what is the treatment method?

The treatment method is simple. Soon after getting up in the morning and before brushing your teeth, you must drink four glasses of water (160ml). Take special care that you do not drink anything after for another 45 minutes.

Another important thing to take into account is that you must not eat or drink water or any beverage (tea, coffee etc.) for two hours after having breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For those who are new to this treatment or old or sick, start with taking little water and then gradually increase to drink 4 glasses of water.

This water treatment method does not have any side effects (according to the research, I haven?t tried the method yet). However during the start of the treatment, you may have to rush to the toilet frequently (the biggest problem of drinking water. I faced this when I started off with the regime of drinking 8 glass of water a day).
Since the treatment has been based on many researches and reports, I?m going to start off with it soon. Would everyone?
